Donation and Subscriptions

Career Exibs SA is a Non-Governmental Organisation that was established in 2017 to create the platform for the youth.

Our vision is to become the centre of careers and job information through sharing accurate and up to date information on bursaries, learnerhips, internships, graduate programme, entry level jobs, mass recruitment, job shadowing, competitions, varsity and college news.

Services we offer

• Career guidance

• Internship and Learnership, Vacation Jobs, Graduate Programmes and Bursaries information

• Jobs information for posts that requires less than three years of experience.

• Career Exhibitions information from different companies.

• Hosting Educational Seminars.

• Advertising of services that are targeted to the youth (Studying and graduates)

Challenges

• The organisation is unable to employ people since the organisation is not making money.

• Admin is not able post regularly  or consistently due to lack of assistance and sometimes out of data.

• The PC that organisation was started with 2017 is now outdated and slow.

• Admin is unable to consistently share information on the times where admin is attending to admin's regular job working schedule.

Solutions

• To overcome the above mentioned challanges, our organisation is planning to recruit staff to assist with the day to day running of the organisation.

• In order to be able to continue to afford keeping the website alive and staff paid, the organisation will rely on donations and optional subscription services.

• How donations will work: Donations can be inform of monetary, airtime or date

• How subscriptions will work: On WhatsApp, we have groups for field of studies, bursaries, learnerships, entry level posts, etc. where you can chose which group you want to belong in, the group will be sharing content strictly for that specific group.
