We're on the lookout for a wage Administration Clerk - Own Ops to support the administration function in the HIghflats office to ensure that the own-operations objectives are met.
As an Administration Clerk - Own Ops, you will be responsible for:
Capture data electronically, fuel, odometer vehicle readings and e-leave to maintain accurate records
Generate SAP requisitions and ensure that purchase requisitions, order numbers and tax invoices are processed using SAP to ensure that Vendors’ are paid in line with company policy and internal procedures
Maintain daily salary & wage staff attendance and over time registers and ensure that timesheets are forwarded to payroll timeously
Compile monthly report on labour stats and time attendance using excel and e-leave for payroll updates
Compile monthly reconciliation reports for diesel issues for submission to Fleet Supervisor for consolidation of monthly vehicle transaction report
Ensure up to date vehicle licenses for legal compliance and schedule servicing of vehicles accordingly
Maintain and update personnel files and address staff queries
Capture odometer readings on Citrix monthly for vehicle updates
Ensure the vehicles are serviced at the correct service intervals under the service plan
Update daily production tracker on excel using production sheets received from infield to get actual tons produced per person
Update daily employee relations issues on an excel spreadsheet and file accordingly
Take and distribute minutes timeously for all management meetings in own ops
Keep fuel reconciliation updated daily and monthly for chainsaw use to address usage for each chainsaw
What are we looking for?
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level certificate
An Administration qualification will be advantageous
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Basic computer literacy with SAP preferable
Fluent in English and IsiZulu
