DUTIES : Conduct payroll audit on employers in terms of COIDA. Investigate complaints made on non-compliance with COIDA within prescribed time frames. Issue enforcement notices on non-compliant employers within the prescribed time frames. Prepare documents for prosecution of non-compliant employers within the prescribed time frames.
