As part of our learnership program, GWK offers variuos learnerships in the Retail industry. Learnership program is to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Retai environment. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through practical experience and a blendid learning approach                                     

Business Administration NQF 4Are you looking to build a solid foundation in business administration? Join our Business Administration internship program and gain valuable experience in office administration, project management, and communication. You'll work closely with our management team to help streamline operations and support day-to-day business activities.

Job Requirements

• Unemployed individuals only 

• Grade 12 / NQF 4

• Competent in Afrikaans and English

• Previous retail experience is a plus

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Competent in basic Mathematics

• Computer literate in MS Office 

• Constantly adding value to the business 

• A passion for Retail and agriculture 

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
