  • Members of the judiciary

  • Directors, managers or company secretaries of a bank or regulated financial services business.

You can now jump the hustle of standing in lines to get your documents certified and being told that you can only certify a certain number of documents per day! You can now get your documents certified online via Certify Docs!

Certify Docs is company whose directors and managers are in the Regulated financial services business, and they are now bringing you this time saving platform where you can upload your documents and they certify them for you and you download the certified documents back to your device (PC or Phone).

Their system is fitted with best securities to keep your documents safe from cyber crimes.


How our system works

  • Subscriber registers their profile.

  • Subscriber pays their annual storage and receives an activation code.

  • Subscriber uploads original document.

  • We use various databases to verify the authenticity of the document.

  • Our Commissioner of Oath certifies the documents.

  • Subscriber can download the certified documents.


The subscriber register to manage their own documents and certification will be renewed every three months to ensure the subscriber’s documents are always updated and can be downloaded in real-time. Subscribers pay an amount of R99.99 annual storage fee. Those that need one time certification will need to contact the company via email: admin@certifydocs.co.za
