Customer Services Internship Principal Accountabilities:
Provide an efficient and on time response to inbound calls and to process orders
Answer calls in line with set standards to resolve customer queries
Handle customer call courteously, efficiently, and promptly
Receive product training to be able to promote products to customers
Follow-up with internal teams on customer queries
Provide 1st line support on digital products
Communicate progress of queries to customer
Provide requested documentation to customer e.g backorder reports, copy of original order, proof of deliveries etc
Gain exposure and develop an understanding of:
the educational publishing industry,
the customer service department
the OUPSA product
database maintenance
SAP, MS Office, Qlikview
Requirements Qualifications and Experience
A diploma or degree in a relevant field
Experience in a call centre or customer care role or environment will be an advantage
Computer literacy - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
South African citizen
Access to reliable transport
