EKURHULENI WEST TVET COLLEGE INVITES QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES TO APPLY FOR THE
FOLLOWING VACANCY TO BE FILLED ACCORDING TO THE CET ACT NO. 16 OF 2006 AS AMENDED.
Post Designation:
Post Level 1: Engineering Studies Lecturer (Temporary)
Reference Number: KEMP 03/2025.
Minimum Salary: R256 395 – R410 565 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
Educational Requirement:
A National Senior Certificate (Matric);
National Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering;
TVET Education Lecturing Qualification;
Trade Test.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years’ experience in the TVET sector;
Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
Moderator and Assessor certificate will be an added advantage;
Drivers licence will be an added advantage.
Post Description:
Electronic control and digital electronics NC(V) L2-4;
Electrical principles and practice NC(V) L2-4;
Electrical systems and construction NC(V) L2-4.
Duties:
Engage in Learning/facilitation as per Workload;
Assess and record the Performance of students;
Provide guidance on the latest Developments on approaches to the Program.

Certification should not be older than three (3) months.
