Our successful Events Attendants …
· work independently and as part of a team in the management of events, promotions and functions
· set-up and / or prepare events venues for clients
· deliver basic customer service to clients
· send, receive & distribute emails and make photocopies
· perform ad hoc duties as requested
· know and apply your knowledge of legislation, health and safety
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
· perform cleaning tasks in the store room and events venues
If you have these qualifications, join our team:
Matric or equivalent (NQF 4), one year proven experience in assisting with events
good communication skills in English (written and verbal);
planning & organisational skills;
excellent problem solving skills; computer skills;
own transport and willingness to work shifts;
gaming understanding and experience will be an advantage;
eligibility for registration as a casino employee with the local Gambling & Racing Board.
