What does the programme offer?
The 12-18 month programme equips you with the skills needed to succeed in your career, professionally and personally. Develop your business understanding, critical thinking, complex problem solving and leadership skills through a combination of technical training and experiential learning. Get access to thought leaders, industry experts and experienced graduate alumni who support and guide you through the programme. Upon completion of the programme you will be offered a permanent role at RMB Investment Banking, Global Markets, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Technology or Operations.

Qualifying criteria
Postgraduate degree (Honours degree or higher) in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Actuarial Science, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Quantitative Management or any other relevant degree that will give you the edge in banking
Average of 65% and higher
Less than 12 months’ working experience
South African citizen
