Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department.

  • Screen resumes and application forms.

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.

  • Update employee records and ensure all relevant information is up to date.

  • Assist in payroll queries.

  • Schedule on-boarding off new employees with the training department.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as and when needed.

  • Update the HR database with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

  • Perform general office admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Good command in English.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and professionally.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Matric.

  • Degree in Human Resource Management.

  • Requiring 24-months-service contract.

  • Candidates need to provide their Matric Certificate and Academic Transcript/Certificate with their CV’s.

  • No experience required.

  • Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18 – 35 years.

  • Should not be currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.

  • Must not have previously completed a SETA / Government internship program.
