Minimum Qualification / Experience:
SA Citizen
Honours Degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
Planning, coordinating, and prioritising
Valid driver's license Based in Cape Town / willing to relocate
The candidate must be medically fit in terms the Mine Health and Safety Act Clear criminal record essential

Duties and responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to gain exposure and build competence in the various Organisational Development functions as well as the broader People Management function. To support the Culture and People Experience team with various cultural interventions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for support in the following support areas:
• Continuous learning

• Research
• Project management support
• Executing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Support organisational culture initiatives
• Support wellbeing initiatives
• Support organisational effectiveness
