Post Description:
Basic repair to printers or make recommendations for repairs;
Make recommendations for ordering of computer parts as needed;
Rendering customer service;
Assist offices at campus or head office with network operations;
Loading software;
To assist with the maintenance of the administration unit computers and printers on campus or Head office;
To assist with the maintenance of the network in the administration offices or head office;
To maintain the staff workstations and all computers and printers in offices on campus or at head office;
To assist with the registration of students..
Minimum Requirements:
A+,N+, ICDL, Computer Technician's qualifications or equivalent.
