Learning and Development Intern
(2 Year fixed term contract)
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic graduate Learning & Development Intern to join the People Management Department at Tygervalley. Candidates must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for working well with people, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies
Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resource Managment (Essential)
Driver’s license (Essential)
Own Vehicle (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly analytical and action orientated
Resourceful organiser
Strong administration skills
SDF Qualification (Advantageous)

Assist with value-adding Learning and Development projects
Compile analytical information
