Kagiso Trust Internship Programmes


Kagiso Trust is one of South Africa’s leading development agencies working towards a prosperous, peaceful, equitable and just society. We work to overcome poverty by developing and implementing scalable, replicable, sustainable development programme models in the areas of education development, institutional capacity building, socio-economic development, and financial sustainability. Over the past 30 years, we have invested over R2 billion in development and implemented over 1,831 programmes.


Description

Purpose of the Job: The Trust is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Unemployed graduates are invited to apply for these Internship Programmes, and graduates should be between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.


Courses: Diploma or Degree in Project management, Business Studies, Social Sciences (Research), Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economic, Agricultural Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Copywriting, Public Relations, Development Policy, Political Sciences, Economics or relevant Humanities or Social Sciences qualification, Chartered Governance certificate/equivalent


Qualifications and Experience.

  • Certified Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificates.

  • Certified Copy of Diploma or Degree

  • Certified copy of your ID.

  • Certified copy of Academic Transcript.

  • Your CV and motivational letter.


Technical and behavioural competencies required:

Remuneration: The Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend
