Job Description

The graduate will be gaining practical learning exposure and experience in our Confectionary quality and food safety environment through:

Providing support to our Production teams in quality control, quality systems and product development

Learning about and applying soft skills such as facilitation, time management and teamwork

Being exposed to real work, taking place in our production environment, as well as business projects and other business initiatives

This is one year workplace exposure and learning experience

Working in a pressurised factory environment

Working in the quality team on site across all manufacturing lines and teams


Qualification Requirements

Entry:

Grade 12

National Diploma: Food Technology



Programme:

Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure and experience in your logbook, to ensure compliance with Seta and your learning institution reporting

Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice

Perform all tasks communicated and required



Experience Requirements

There is no experience required. Interns at Premier gain valuable in-service work experience, skills and knowledge that will assist them in starting their careers within the food technology field.
