Inbound Sales Consultant Principal Accountabilities

  • Inbound sales support to the sales team. This includes setting up appointments, sending emails and calling prospective customers

  • Quality data management and capturing

  • Quote creation to drive sales opportunities

  • Qualify sales opportunities through follow ups on open quotes

  • Assist the sales team with workshop coordination and logistics

Requirements Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration/Business Manager or equivalent. Focus on Sales/Marketing advantageous

  • Customer services experience

  • Microsoft suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent writing and strong communication skills

  • South African citizen

  • Access to reliable transport
