The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Stock keeping and FIFO.
Weighing and preparing hand additions for production.
Monitoring slow moving and expired stock.
Daily housekeeping.
Forklift operation.
Controlling hand schedule sticker sheet.
Record keeping of reclaimed products using stock sheets.
Other general production duties, as may be required.
Daily and Monthly stock count
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
A minimum of matric.
2 years relevant work experience with handling of micros
Knowledge of an animal feed manufacturing plant would be an advantage.
Be quality driven, responsible and diligent.
Attention to details is important
A valid forklift licence.
A willingness to learn and advance skills in a multi-skilled environment.
Be pro-active and able to use own initiative
Converse fluently in English and Afrikaans
Personal and professionally integrity.
