Job Purpose
To provide responsive, professional, efficient and effective talent acquisition services, coordination, and support to the Human Capital Team;
To partner with Human Capital Business Partners and relevant stakeholders (Senior Management, Human Capital Management team, Line Managers etc) for purposes of assisting the University to attract the best talent available in the market;
Entails the end to end talent acquisition processes (i.e., search, response handling, selection and placement) across the University in support of the Faculties and Departments;
To provide professional advice and counsel to talent acquisition and selection panels on the interpretation and application of all relevant policies, legislation, regulations regarding talent acquisition
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
ND in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a related field
At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in full cycle recruitment or talent acquisition role, from talent sourcing , attracting, interviewing and hiring
Recommendations
BTech in Human Resources Management or equivalent in a related field
Relevant experience in Higher education
