Learnership program is to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Retai environment. Job Requirements

  • Unemployed individuals only 

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4

  • Competent in Afrikaans and English

  • Previous retail experience is a plus

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Competent in basic Mathematics

  • Computer literate in MS Office will be an advantage

  • Constantly adding value to the business 

  • A passion for Retail and agriculture 

  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Implementation and Maintenance

  • Concepts and principles for the implementation and maintenance of retail or wholesale operations

  • Processes and procedures for supervising, implementing and maintaining processes and procedures in a specific area of responsibility in a wholesale or retail outlet


Customer Relationship Management

  • Concepts and principles of enhancing customer service

  • Supervise service to internal and external retail and wholesale customers

  • Processes and procedures for enhancing customer service in a wholesale or retail outlet


 Complaints Management

  • Resolve queries and complaints from internal and external retail and wholesale customers
