Gibela Transport Rail invites motivated, dynamic and recently qualified graduates to apply for a 12 months Graduate Programme. The successful candidates will be based in Midrand.

Training and development of technical and non-technical skills.

 

Purpose:

Ensure the smooth and effective roll-out of training events and special projects throughout our organization. The training coordinator oversees the design, development, and coordination of training, and run both large and small-scale programs for our entire organization. Our ideal candidate will be both exceptionally knowledgeable, approachable, and confident in front of all groups of people.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of a National Diploma or completed S4 in HR management.

  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • MS Office literate.

  • Positive outlook driven and passionate.
