Job Description

Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. We are currently seeking an graduates, who demonstrates the following attributes and behaviours: •    Innovative•    Self-motivated•    Adaptable•    Goal-oriented•    Committed to excellence•    Collaborative team player

Qualifications

Requirements/eligibility to apply:

 

  • Applicants are required to have successfully completed their Degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.

  • Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.

  • Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
